Individual & Couples
Many times, we feel alone or isolated in the world. We feel that others don't understand us, we’re not sure what our purpose is, we're stuck in cycles of guilt, shame, anger, addiction, codependency, or… we’re just wondering why we’re here.
We’re having conflicts in our relationships that make us feel like we’re stuck on a hamster wheel and repeating the same patterns over and over. We don’t feel heard, understood, appreciated, or valued.
My goal is to help you feel that you are not alone, that there is someone who will listen to you and not judge you, and help you find the path to healing and deeper connections.
My specific areas of focus are:
Religion & Spirituality: Understanding and processing questions or concerns regarding spirituality and religion, especially religious or spiritual harm within family/educational/religious systems.
Relationships & Conflict Management: Working to resolve relationship issues and build effective communication strategies. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ couples and partners who are in consensual non-monogamous relationships.
Meaning & Purpose: Exploring existential questions regarding meaning and purpose in life; finding and defining “meaning” in life’s challenges and successes.
Neurodivergent and Gifted Individuals: Understanding how neurodivergent brains (and hearts and bodies and souls) experience the world, in order to dismantle oppressive beliefs and heal traumas created by systems that weren’t designed to be inclusive or supportive.
Fees: $165 per 55-minute session; $225 per 85-minute session

End of Life Issues
Individual & Family
As we are approaching the end of our lives, there are a lot of questions that arise:
How do I feel about how I have lived my life?
What am I most proud of?
What do I most regret?
How do I want to spend my remaining days or years?
What legacy do I want to leave (for my children, family, community, world)?
How do I want to die?
What conversations do I want to have before I die?
As a therapist, mediator, and end-of-life doula, I am uniquely positioned to help you face some of these questions and facilitate conversations with your loved ones around issues of legacy, reconciliation, and end-of-life planning.
Fee: $165 per 55-minute session; $225 per 85-minute session.
