Life is full of change and transition. Sometimes, we choose to change and we feel in control. Other times, change happens without our permission and it feels like someone else is making all the decisions for us. Whether you choose change or not, the process can take a toll on your emotional and physical health, your relationships, and your sense of purpose in the world.

It takes immense courage to create (or re-create) your life. It requires looking within to determine what’s truly important, rather than just accept what others tell you is right for you. I’m here to help you regain a sense of control and purpose, and assist you in finding a little bit of peace during the transition.

If you're searching for a therapist to tell you what to do, I'm not it. I don't always know the "right" answer or how to solve your problems. If you're looking for a therapist who will give honest feedback, who will show up and be authentic in every interaction, who is open to hearing your experience, I am that person. I believe that our interactions within the therapeutic process are a safe place to practice and explore interventions that will help you show up authentically and with purpose in the world.
